#EdelmanChallengeDay

We were thrilled to be part of Edelman UK's Challenge Day on 3rd May. For one day, Edelman took a day out of the office to give back to the community, partnering with 24 diverse charities to volunteer and help out.

A gang of 11 volunteers arrived promptly in the morning to undertake any weird and wonderful tasks we asked of them. Magnificent they were with all of the stuff they were happy to do: cutting, folding, winding, snipping, fetching and carrying, marketing and preparing for workshops with local children. We got 10 days work done in one!

The lovely people certainly brought the weather with them and enjoyed a fantastic picnic on our estate. In true Scrapstore-style they found an old piece of signage to reuse as a pinic mat.
