Membership

How group membership works.

A step-by-step guide for schools, nurseries, childminders, theatres, community groups and charities.

Four steps

Join once, then it's simple

  1. Join and choose a start month

  2. Name your collectors

  3. Renew

  4. Pay by transfer

Step 1

Join and choose a start month

Your organisation joins once online, picking a start month up to three months ahead. A primary school joining this way would choose the coming September as its start month.

Step 2

Name your collectors

Priced by how many people will use the materials, but you only name the people who collect for you: up to ten. A school might name three staff as collectors at join, and can add or swap names any time from the account.

Step 3

Renew

Renew online from the account before the term ends; a 30-day grace period keeps your membership continuous if a renewal runs late.

Step 4

Pay by transfer

Organisations can pay online by card, or by bank transfer: the account shows an "Awaiting payment" status and a reference for your transfer until staff mark it received.

Ready to join?

It takes a few minutes online, and no membership needed to send an enquiry first.
